I teach by prescription, meaning your individual program will target your current condition and desired results. The training is progressive, meaning as you advance, the material will continuously advance with you.

Classes are free and will stay that way. My employer forbids me from having a second source of income.

I speak English, French, and Russian.

Regular classes

There is a local class on Saturday mornings from 9:00-11:00 CET. It is near the town of Cadours, halfway between Auch and Toulouse in the southwest of France.
