I teach by prescription. Your individual program will reflect your current condition, experience, and goals. The training is progressive. As you advance, the material will continuously adapt.

Classes are free and will stay that way. I am looking for people who want to practice seriously and help preserve this rare art.

I speak English, French, and Russian.

Regular classes

Online class: Thursday 19:00–20:30 CET

Local class: Saturday 9:30-11:30 CET near Cadours in the southwest of France, halfway between Auch and Toulouse.
