I teach by prescription, meaning your individual program will be targeted toward your current condition and desired results.  The training is progressive, meaning as you advance the material will continuously advance with you.

Regular classes

I have a virtual class via Zoom every Saturday, 9-10 EST (15-16 CET). It is only available to individuals living outside of France.
